What we keep and why

When you join, we store your email, chosen language, signup date, consent version and, if selected, your interest in testing prototypes. We use them to manage the list and send news about AFTERGLOW testing, early access and launch. Joining is optional and does not commit you to a purchase.

Your consent

We rely on your consent, given by ticking the box and submitting the form. Withdraw at any time by emailing us with the subject “Unsubscribe”. You can request access, correction or deletion at the same address. Withdrawal does not affect processing before that point.

Retention and services

We keep your details until you withdraw consent or we close this pre-launch list. The website and database use Sites with Cloudflare infrastructure. We do not sell your email. AFTERGLOW has added no advertising or third-party analytics; the hosting platform may process technical data for security and operation.

Your rights

You may also request restriction or portability where applicable and complain to your relevant data protection authority, such as the AEPD in Spain. Contact us with any questions.

Prototype testing interest

The tester checkbox is optional. We use it to identify potential participants and contact them when the programme is organised; it does not guarantee selection or a shipment. You can ask us to remove that interest without leaving the updates list.
